How much do custom closets cost?
Every project is different. Pricing depends on the size of your space, layout, materials, and features you choose. After we measure your space and create your 3D design, we'll show you the complete price before anything is ordered — so there are no surprises.
Do you offer a free 3D design?
Yes. We come to your home, take measurements, and create a custom 3D design at no cost and with no obligation. You can see exactly how your storage will look before we build it.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the project, materials, and installation schedule. Many projects move from approved design and deposit to installation in about 15 business days, and we'll confirm your expected timing before the project moves forward.
What deposit do you require?
We require a 50% deposit when you approve your design and price. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your installation.
What if I'm traveling or not available?
No problem. If your finished system is ready before you're available for installation, we can store it at our Lecanto showroom until you're ready to schedule installation.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners throughout Citrus County and surrounding areas, including Terra Vista, Lecanto, Citrus Hills, Black Diamond, Inverness, Crystal River, Homosassa, and Dunnellon. We also serve select areas of Marion County from our Lecanto showroom. Not seeing your area, give us a call.
What materials do you offer?
We offer premium EGGER TFL, plywood, real wood, and solid wood options. TFL is popular because it provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface with excellent stain resistance and realistic wood finishes at a lower cost than natural wood. Material choice depends on the look, budget, and performance you want.
Is all TFL the same quality?
No. Panel quality, surface durability, fabrication, and edge banding all matter. We use premium EGGER TFL with durable decorative surfaces and quality edge banding to help protect exposed edges and create a clean, furniture-quality finish.
Do your systems come with a warranty?
Yes. Our wood products include a 10-year limited warranty, components include at least a 1-year limited warranty, and Florida Closets Company provides a 1-year labor and workmanship warranty on our installation. If any manufacturer provides longer coverage on a product or component, that extended warranty is passed along to you
